Refund and Return Policy

At Keralab, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason except for cases of transit damage or incorrect items received.

  1. No Return or Refund for Opened or Used Products

Once a product is delivered and opened, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

  1. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement will be considered only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  1. Timeframe to Report Issues

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Email us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery at: keralabfoods@gmail.com
  • Include your order ID, clear photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  1. Refund Approval Process

After reviewing your claim:

  • If approved, we may offer you a replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If approved the replacement product will deliver within 5–7 business days
  1. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • You entered an incorrect shipping address.
  • The product was damaged after delivery.
  • The product was not used as per instructions.
Delivery 

All the products will deliver with in 5–7 business days – Maximum 15 Days.
